We built BeachHead to solve a problem

Rob and I have been consummate entrepreneurs, but not in the traditional sense. While both of us have owned our own companies, where we’ve truly made our mark is in growing other entrepreneurs’ businesses. We’ve helped bring founders’ visions into reality and often added our own shape to those visions along the way.

We’ve learned through years of experience that there is a continual problem of how to build structure into a quickly growing business. More often than not, entrepreneurs excel at the particular trade they’re in — whether that’s building creative content, coding, marketing, product design etc. — but their passion, skills, and experience don’t always lie in in the day-to-day reality of business-building. That part is boring to them, but it’s what we find exciting.

We see the need for great human resources procedures — where exceptional team members get hired through standardized processes and early team members understand when and why new people come onboard.

We see the need for structured financial reporting — where board members, partners, shareholders, and internal team managers can understand the state of the company.

We see the need for building strategic plans with organized key performance indicators that provide each team with a vision and goals that ladder to up to the board, founder and investors’ goals.

We see the need for strong customer service — an often forgotten early function — and we understand that keeping in touch with the customer as the company and complexity grows requires process.

We see the need for consistent communication and reporting ensuring that everyone has the information they need in a timely and accurate manner.

Rob and I are passionate about ensuring that operations don’t hold a great business back from success — we’ve seen this happen too many times. Founders can’t be expected to have all of the answers and it’s almost impossible for management to hold an objective view of the business.

At BeachHead, we believe that by providing an overall objective evaluation of your business with a focus on identified issues, we will uncover the sticky challenges that are either holding you back today or will become a problem in the near future. That’s why we developed our Organization Audit.

At BeachHead, we believe that by providing an overall objective evaluation of your business with a focus on identified issues, we will uncover the sticky challenges that are either holding you back today or will become a problem in the near future.

During an Organization Audit, we conduct research across several key areas to uncover your company’s strengths and weaknesses and provide an extensive, 360-degree view of your business operations. We leverage our deep knowledge of how top companies build structure to provide you with recommendations, help prioritize next steps, and offer advice on where to invest your resources. Once the areas of concern are identified, finding the appropriate solutions becomes less challenging and far more efficient.

Business today moves so quickly that a small problem can turn into a big one in no time. The BeachHead Organization Audit identifies issues before they arise and strengthens your business operations so you can overcome the challenges before they cause significant damage.

If you’re ready to take your company to the next level, reach out and let’s start a conversation.
